• Reports to the Operations Manager
• Keeping good relations with existing customers that use our trade finance service and try to find new trade finance customers.
• Handle Import and Export Documents.
• Check all Import and Export Documents such as Letter of Credit, Shipping Guarantees and Import/Export Bills.
• Monitor Bills Due and Ensure bills promptly settled.
• Perform checking of all documentary credit documents.
• Prepare weekly report of activities and promotion of trade finance services.
• Prepare monthly report of balancing outstanding of LC and BG.
• Assist with branch to meet trade clients upon their requested.
• Ensures inward and outward remittances, Foreign Exchange as well as other trade finance transactions, are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Acts as system approver for all Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer transactions and other SWIFT financial messages (MTs)
• Ensures required funding, if any, is promptly sourced and correspondent account is always adequately funded.
• Ensures timely response to inquiries from Correspondent Banks regarding SWIFT transactions/messages
• Strives to improve overall workflow and coordinates with the Front Office and possibly customers for handling exceptions
• In charge for the training and development of the staff in the department
• Monitors RMA (Relationship Management Application)
• Confirms foreign exchange deal with our corporate banks
• Handles other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager or CEO from time to time
Summary of Responsibilities:
To regularly update any change of compliance or government regulations;
To Interact and coordinate with External Auditors for its procedures, the basic requirements and its implementation fulfillments;
To Prepare and compose the Accounting policy and procedures;
To resolve any accounting discrepancies;
To Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures;
To prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, stock-purchasing, freights, importations and taxes;
To study the Financial Reports, in both internally & outsourcing professionals, with accuracy;
To develop, update and review the HR policies;
To monitor and manage employee’s complaints/concerns;
To control and manage the annual performance appraisal (performance benefits);
To accomplish other tasks assigned by CEO/COO

- Formulate the products strategies and road map to ensure these services will be aligned with company’s strategy and budget.
- Explore the business opportunity and enhance our product and process to meet the customer needs, wants, and aspirations.
- Establish high-level business concept and align with related stakeholder before seek for approval.
- Manage the product performance and analysis the performance compare with the competitors to ensure the banks stay competitive in the market.
- Lead team in developing the detail product policy, procedures, and guideline and process or workflows to smoothen the process as well complied with Cambodia Law and Regulations.
- To ensure the effectiveness of marketing communication of non-credit products to the market.
- Equip the product knowledge to related stakeholders especially sale force team.
- Support on develop the budget plan or sales projection to ensure the products generate the income for customers.
- Provide coaching, and support the subordinates to ensure they perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

- Assist to develop/update the detail product policy, procedures, and guideline and process workflows.
- Assist to work with marketing team to prepare marketing communication of the new deposit products to ensure they are well and effectively communicated in market.
- Prepare day to day report on deposit product and ongoing monitor the product performance and analysis the performance compares with the competitors to ensure the banks stay competitive in the market.
- Prepare the UAT test cases, form up the UAT team to test the newly product development and enhancement.
- Equip the product knowledge to related stakeholders especially sale force team.

- Prepare business requirement with system vender for system development or enhancement.
- Facilitate with related stakeholder for preparing risk assessment, risk mitigations, financial budget, assumption, projection and P&L analysis.
- Be able to lead a project and prepare for project planning, timeline for project activity, especially sale plan, communication plan, resource planning and manage the entire product launch process.
